Northern Light Home Care & Hospice is a non-profit organization delivering personalized, compassionate care across Maine, from South Portland to Fort Kent.

With roots in Maine dating back to 1912, Northern Light unified its home care and hospice services statewide in 2015 to ensure every community in Maine has access to high-quality care, right where it’s needed. Today, we support individuals recovering from illness or surgery and offer hospice care for those who choose to spend their remaining days in the comfort of home. We also provide public health nursing services like immunization clinics, adult health check-ups, and wellness education events for all ages.

The founders of Valley Home Heating have been in the home comfort business since 1981. Over the past 40 years, and have gained an intimate understanding of Maine customers’ comfort needs. More importantly, their team has learned what it takes to turn first-time customers into loyal customers who rely on them for all of their heating needs.
