Chair Yoga
This class will be held weekly on Wednesdays, from 9:30 – 10:30 am. Join yoga instructor Mary for a yoga class that offers stress reduction, whole body work, balance, and guided relaxation. Make sure to wear your comfortable clothes for this seated and standing yoga program. For participants who want to do floor work, you are invited to bring a yoga mat and bolster. All levels welcome. $9/class. Call 941-2865 and ask for the Durgin Center to sign up.
