Join us for a Summer Skills Tai Chi session!
Keep your Tai Chi skills in use with these weekly summer sessions. These classes are for people who have taken Tai Chi before.
This is a joint-safe way for people of all ages and abilities to enjoy life and meet new friends while taking control of their physical, emotional, and mental health.
