Event Series Event Series: Tai Chi

Originally developed for self-defense, Tai Chi has evolved into a practice known for its health benefits, especially for promoting physical and mental well-being. This is a joint-safe way for people of all ages and abilities to enjoy life and meet new friends while taking control of their physical, emotional, and mental health.
